Since its inception in 2005, Solid Fitness has been changing lives for the better. I have achieved the prestigious level of Master Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine organization and many advanced certifications in my profession. These qualifications along with my 20 years of fitness experience in the military and personal training make me a qualified trainer to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals whether they are related to weight-loss, muscle building, sports enhancement, senior fitness or rehabilitation efforts due to injuries or ailments. I work with you one-on-one with a custom plan tailored to your goals, with regular assessment and plan adjustments to maximize your results.

PERSONAL TRAINING
A complete, comprehensive, and individually created workout/nutrition plan based on a very thorough assessment process where I progress you through your program as you reach new results. Starting with an in depth assessment process which includes medical history, physical activity, postural distortions, muscle imbalances, strength assessments, caloric evaluations, and more....Joshua creates your individualized program which not only includes your personalized workout, but caloric needs, cardiovascular program, and corrective exercise program as well. DOUBLE-SESSION TRAINING
Double Sessions are a great way to achieve results, push yourself harder, have fun doing it, and spend less on training. Find a partner, friend, or co worker who shares similar goals and train together! Pending the assessment process for each of you, Joshua will create a program based on your shared goals. Push each other but have more fun and save money as you train under one workout program designed just for the two of you.
GROUP TRAINING
The unique program Joshua has developed will help burn calories, boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape. Each individual goes thru the FULL assessment process so Joshua can modify each exercise based on each individuals' needs. Not your everyday group class, but rather personalized group training.
CORPORATE TRAINING
Through corporate fitness training, I have helped change peoples' lives and create healthier employees who produce more and reduce the company's health care costs. This, in turn, creates more positive and energetic atmosphere in the workplace among employees and clients. Each employee participating goes thru the FULL assessment process. Which gives Joshua a much more comprehensive understanding of each individual. Joshua takes as much time as needed during this, and for a flat rate regardless of the number of employees, giving him a much more individualized understanding of each, allowing him to adjust exercises to best fit each employee.
